You might be surprised at the answer. Through the years I have been asked this question many times. People understandably would like to know the answer before spending their money. Many think that the only answer is in the big names that they have heard. And it's no wonder these same companies have spent millions promoting their names.

What would make up the best computer? In my opinion it should have a minimum of these qualities. Be reliable, easy to upgrade, parts readily available, easy to work on and long lasting. The only one that meets all these requirements is the generic computer that is built by you or a computer dealer.

Money is something that everyone needs to pay their bills. Gone are the days when we could get by without money. Everything revolves around how much money you have as to what you can have. What kind of lifestyle are you living? How many cars are in your driveway? Are the cars in your driveway less than 2 years old and is at least one a top of the line BMW, etc. They used to say, ‘Money is not everything’. Now You Can Not Even Buy Love Without It!?

“Art” means different things to various people. It's been an enigma! Since the age of twelve I wanted to be an "artist". Over the years I had become involved with numerous "art" endeavors: drawings, sculptures, paintings in various media, architectural design, photography, writing, and ceramics. I've even been fortunate to have "art" jobs: art and photography teacher, freelance artist, supervisor of a graphic art department, museum exhibits designer and builder, and art director. In all those experiences and even through educational training beyond the master's degree I could not find a comprehensive definition of..."art". After all, I was an "artist"; but, how could I make claim to this intriguing group with out really knowing what "art" was?

Another secret is to watch which classifieds, free or paid you run your ad in. Some have automated programs that post-bogus ads to attract the crowds. You then discover, their character limit is so limited, you had better write the best one line ad you can, or upgrade to a paying ad. And bingo, this is how they make their money.
All that work only for your ad to become lost within 1000's of pages of more ads amongst 1000's of more classified pages scattered over the Internet Highway of Informational Garble. And that's if they're even posted
MIND YOU, DON'T BECOME DISCOURAGED WITH MY LITTLE ARTICLE

"Artificial Intelligence has been brain-dead since the 1970s." This rather ostentatious remark made by Marvin Minsky co-founder of the world-famous MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, was referring to the fact that researchers have been primarily concerned on small facets of machine intelligence as opposed to looking at the problem as a whole. This article examines the contemporary issues of artificial intelligence (AI) looking at the current status of the AI field together with potent arguments provided by leading experts to illustrate whether AI is an impossible concept to obtain.

1. You turn the PC on, it loads through and then reports it cannot find the C Drive

This sounds like a fault hard disk, swap it with another from a working PC, if the problem resolves this way then your drive is bad. The hard drive is found inside the case, it will have a ribbon attached to the mainboard and one of the power leads from the PSU. It is fixed with screws into the case, undo these, whip out the cables and get yourself a new disk.
Sometimes a reboot will give your disk a little more life, if a reboot does help, then make sure you backup your data straight away and get a new disk in there! This is a best case scenario, normally if the C Drive dies you lose all your data, if you can save it this way then you were lucky!

1. Before sitting down for coding, you must have formal or a paper-napkin design of the solution to be coded. Never start coding without any design unless the code is trivial one.
2. Good code documentation is as important as good knowledge of a programming langauge. Write brief logic for each major block of your code as comments in source code file itself. Its good to mention creation and modification dates of your program along-with why modification was required.
3. Maintaining versions of your program is another important task. Some present-day programming tools already have a built-in version management. Whenever you make any change to your program, they save its copy as .bak file.

If a definition of a computer is that it is a piece of equipment that needs to follow various directions in order to carry out the tasks required of it, then the history of computers can be traced back to Charles Babbage's 'analytical engine' of 1837. The instructions that these machines or computers, as we call them, follow are written as lines of programming in a programme (UK) or program (USA).

In fact, there were several 'programmable' devices before the 'analytical engine.' The was the Al-Jazari castle clock of 1206, which told the times of the year, the seasons, the phases of the moon and much more besides and the sequences could be adjusted - a kind of early programming.
